Sh'ma is a Hebrew word that means to
hear and understand maturely, the Word of the Lord our God. It is known as the
"watch word" of Israel. It is the call of the Prophets to the
congregation of God's children to hear, with a circumcised heart, what the Lord
would have to say to His people. Sh'ma Israel! is presented to you by
Prophet/Pastor Benjamin Khizkyos, the founding President of Kadash Chai Kesher
Avodot. For nearly fifteen years of continuously faithful service, Pastor

11 September, 2001 is a date that will live
long in the memory of America, and in fact the world. The staff and members of
KCKA have and do lift our voice in prayer for those who mourn the tragic and
senseless loss of loved ones at the hands of satanic heathens and murderers.
As God's anointed Prophet I am compelled to remind all
believers they should not at all be surprised at the events of 11 September. I
remind each of you of the Apostle Paul's letter to the Thessalonians, telling
them they had no need any one write them concerning the times and seasons. He
reminded them, they had received proper instruction about the Day of the Lord
and should well recognize the time at hand.
Likewise, I remind you, my beloved brethren, our Lord Y'shua
outlined the things that would come about prior to His return. He gave us clear instruction
about ethnics warring against ethnics, about nations warring against nation. He
told us there would be famines, earthquakes, plagues, and untold chaos. He
commanded us, "But when these things begin to take
place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing
near" Luke 21:28.
Americans and American believers cannot afford to continue to
bury their collective heads in the religious sand. They must wake up to the
reality of the world around them, and to the reality of God's Word.
The time of the Lord is at hand!
Too often I have heard believers tell me they
have no need or desire to read the newspaper or watch news on television. Too
often I have heard these well meaning individuals say that the Holy One would
tell them what they needed to know about the world they were apart of. The
foolishness of that attitude is made evident when believers fail to recognize
the truth about an attack, such as 11 September and the subsequent anthrax
attack we are dealing with now. As believers we are connected (or should be)
to the wisdom of God through His Word. We are given insights, if we ask, into
the motivations and meanings of the events around us. We are, by virtue of our
relationship to God, in a position to raise our voices and be heard by the
governmental leadership that serves us every bit as much as it serves the ACLU.
The Word of the Lord commands that those who bless Israel will in turn be
blessed; and those who curse Israel will in turn suffer the anger and wrath of
the True and Living God.
The truth therefore and the reason we, as believers, could do
nothing to stop the attacks from happening is this: We have resolutely failed to
obey the commandments of God. We have resolutely failed to be a blessing to
Israel (as a nation and as a Church). We are guilty of gross sin before the Most
High in routinely turning a blind eye and deaf ear to the murder of our unborn,
and the Godless abominations of our very sick society.
We possess the power and authority to stop the vile Godless
behavior of the people of America and hold its government Constitutionally
accountable to the Word of God. Thereby we cease to be a reproach to and a stumbling block
to the people and nation of Israel.
We are guilty of turning our religious heads and looking the
other way when our country's leaders refuse to be accountable for the treaties
and accords it has with Israel. We are guilty of complicity when do not shout
out with a collectively loud voice when our government strong-arms Israel into
"peace" negotiations with the murderous Hammas led PLO.
Why were we attacked by heathens?
Because we, the children of the Most High God, have not been
faithful to our Father. We expect, we demand He be faithful to us. We are very
vocal when the blessings of God do not arrive when and/or how we expect them.
There is, and should be, no surprise here at all. We have the
Word of God to direct all our comings and goings. Whether for good or for bad,
the Lord has spoken the blessing and the cursing and requires us to choose one
or the other. When evil comes upon us it is not because the terrorists of the
world are great warriors; they are not. They are cowards of the highest order.
When evil comes upon me or mine, I need to truthfully examine my choices and my
lifestyle before the Lord. No we are not responsible for the actions of the
uncircumcised, but we certainly are responsible for our obedience to the Word of
God. There are enough believers in this country that there should be no excuse
for ungodly men or women leading this country to ruin. We have a voice, we have
a vote, but mostly we serve the True and Living God of the Universe.
Stand up! Gird yourselves as adults. Make the prayer of 2 Chronicles 7: 14 a
living reality; instead of some syrupy "feel good" nonsense.
